摘 要: 就近几年来国内外在油菜矮化育种上的研究进行了综述,主要阐述了矮秆资源的矮化机制、矮秆或半矮秆基因的定位与克隆、矮秆基因与资源的利用等方面,并对今后油菜矮秆育种进行了展望。 Dwarfism is a desirable characteristic for many crops. Breeding and utilization of dwarf rice and wheat in the late 20th century achieved the greatest success. Rapeseed is one of important oil crops. Along with the application of heterosis and agricultural biotechnology in breeding programs, the yield, quality and resistance of main crops had been improved evidently. Unfortunately, plant height correspondingly increased, which results in lodging and low harvest index. So, dwarf or semi-dwarf rapeseed varieties are in great demand. This paper reviewed recent progress in breeding of dwarf or semi-dwarf rapeseed, including mechanism of dwarfism, cloning and utilization of dwarf or semi-dwarf genes. Furthermore, the prospect on breeding of dwarf rapeseed was discussed.
