摘 要: 本文综合分析了纤维增强热塑性聚合物复合材料界面的形成过程、界面结合及方式、应力传递行为、复合过程所引起的界面效应以及界面层性质对复合材料宏观力学性能的影响。在此基础上,探讨了纤维增强热塑性聚合物复合材料界面设计及优化的方法。 In this paper, forming process of interface, interfacial adhesion. stress transfer and interfacialphenomena determined by compounding process and the effects of interfacial properties on the macromechanicalproperties of composite materials are analyzed. On this basis, the method and law of designing and modifying interface in fiber- reinforced thermoplastic polymer composite materials with excellent comprehensive properties aresuggested.
