摘 要: 以钛酸丁酯为原料、二乙醇胺为水解抑制剂在不同的温度下用水热法制备了二氧化钛纳米粉体。以X射线衍射(XRD)、动态光散射激光粒度分析(DLS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了TiO2纳米粉体的性质。TiO2为锐钛矿结构,颗粒大小约为15nm,分散良好,它们具有良好的光催化活性。8mg180℃水热4小时合成的TiO2纳米粉体在15分钟内能够完全降解10ml20mg/L的甲基橙水溶液。 Titanium dioxide nanopowders were temperatures using butyl titanate as starting materials and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), dynamic light prepared by a hydrothermal method at different diethanolamine as chelating agent. TiO2 powders were scattering laser particle sizing(DLS) and transmittance electron microscopy(TEM).
