摘 要: 用X射线单晶衍射法测定了化合物1二(4二甲胺苯基)2苯基丙烯腈(TPA1)和1二(4二甲胺苯基)2(4氯苯基)丙烯腈(TPA2)及1二(4二甲胺苯基)2(3,4亚甲二氧基苯基)丙烯腈(TPA11)的晶体结构和分子结构.TPA1分子式为C25H25N3,单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.0593(1)nm,b=2.1639(2)nm,c=1.0081(1)nm;β=114.60(2)°,Z=4,V=2.1011nm3,Dc=1.162g/mL,R=0.049,Rw=0.053.TPA2分子式为C25H24N3Cl,单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.1125(2)nm,b=2.1208(5)nm,c=1.0385(2)nm;β=117.04(3)°,Z=4,V=2.1823nm3,Dc=1.223g/mL,R=0.042,Rw=0.043,TPA11分子式为C26H25N3O2,单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=1.1448(1)nm,b=1.1013(1)nm,c=1.7946(2)nm;β=94.38(2)°,V=2.2561nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.211g/mL? The crystal and molecular structures of three triphenylacrylonitrile derivatives are determined by X-ray singlecrystal diffraction. The structures are solved by directmethods and Fourier techniques and refined by fullmatrix least square techniques. The 1bis(4dimethylaminophenyl)2phenylacrylonitrile, C_25H_25N_3,monoclinic space group P21/c,a=1.059 3(1) nm, b=2.163 9(2) nm,c=1.008 1(1) nm;β=114.60(2)°,Z=4,V=2.101 1 nm^3,Dc=1.162 g/mL, R=0.049, Rw=0.053.The 1-bis(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-2-(4-clorophenyl)acrylonitrile,C_25H_24N_3Cl,monoclinic space group P21/c,a=1.112 5(2) nm,b=2.120 8(5) nm,c=1.038 5(2) nm;β=117.04(3)°,Z=4,V=2.182 3 nm3,Dc=1.223 g/mL,R=0.042,Rw=0.043.The 1-bis(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-2(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)acrylonitrile, C_26H_25N_3O_2,monoclinic space group P21/n,a=1.144 8(1) nm,b=1.101 3(1) nm,c=1.794 6(2) nm;β=94.38(2)°,V=2.256 1 nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.211 g/mL,R=0.061,Rw=0.065.The relation between molecular structure and potency in inhibition of prostaglandin biosynthesis is discussed.
