摘　　要： 基于交通枢纽在城市交通系统中举足轻重的作用,选择西直门交通枢纽地区的西直门外地面公交车站、地铁2号线和城铁13号线为代表,通过实地观测和问卷调查的方法,获取能够反映公共交通客流总体特征和调查样本乘客出行特征的基本数据,在此基础上,分析研究了该区不同交通方式换乘中存在的衔接不紧密、换乘距离长、便利性较差的问题,以及由此导致的地面公交车辆进出站交叉相错、等候队列长,人流与车流交叉严重等问题。结合相关规划以及研究该区建设实践,提出了解决该地区公共交通换乘问题的对策。 Transportation hub plays an important role in urban transport system. This article takes typical public bus stop and subway stations in Xizhimen transportation hub zone as a study case, and collects the data of passenger volume and the trip information of sampling passenger by a field survey and a questionnaire survey. Based on these data, it reveals the prob- lems concerned with public transportation transfer, such as weak link of different travel modes, long transferring distance, inconvenience and the other derived problems. It also gives some suggestions on dealing with these problems in Xizhimen transportation hub zone.
