摘 要: 本文论述了使用碳酸氢钠为发泡剂,通过加入一定量的交联剂DCP和成核剂硫酸钙制备了微孔发泡聚丙烯,研究发泡剂、交联剂、成核剂用量对发泡聚丙烯拉伸强度、冲击强度、硬度、密度等性能的影响。并用扫描电镜观察了产品中气泡的分布和形状。实验结果表明,当发泡母料的用量为4%,交联剂的用量为0.02%,成核母料为10%时,所得的发泡聚丙烯性能最佳。 Choosing NaHCO3 as foaming agent, foaming Polypropylene has been successfully obtained by adding crosslink agent(DCP)and nucleating agent (CaSO4). The effect of foaming agent, crosslink agent and nucleating agent on tensile strength, impact strength, hardness, density and heat distortion temperature has been researched in this article. Also, SEM has been applied to investigate the form and distribution of foam. The result showed that foaming polypropylene has the best properties when controlling the content of foaming agent, crosslink agent and nucleating masterbatch as 4%, 0.02% and 10% respectively.
