摘　　要： 简述4Cr5MoSiV1钢的技术特性,对4Cr5MoSiV1钢制的压铸模和热挤压模的若干失效案例进行分析,探讨4Cr5MoSiV1钢制热作模具常见失效形式的应对方法。 In this paper, the technical characteristics of the 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is briefly, described and several failure cases of the die casting dies and hot extrusion dies made of 4CrSMoSiV1 steel is analyzed, and the responses of common failure mode of the hot working dies made of 4CrSMoSiV1 steel is discussed.
