摘 要: 高职院校教师队伍建设还存在较多的问题和困难,高职教育的进一步改革和发展亟需提升高职院校教师队伍的"双师素质"。如何从国家对高职教育的整体要求出发,进一步理解提升高职院校教师队伍"双师素质"的现实意义,从基地培训与企业顶岗实际操作等途径出发着手进行高职院校师资队伍建设,并建立、完善互惠互利的校企合作长效机制、培训培养与聘用晋级相结合的人才成长机制、有效的项目运行监测机制和效益评估机制等保障措施,称为提升高职院校教师队伍"双师素质"的关键。 Problems and difficulties exist in the construction of higher vocational school' s teaching staff. For example, the further refonnation and the development of higher vocational education make the upgrading of the quality of double title teachers an urgent task. This thesis calls for setting of manpower nurturing system, project operation monitor system and benefit assess system. The first one aims at enhancing cooperation between schools and corporations. The second at intellectual training, The third project at operation monitor and benefit assess.
