摘　　要： 农村基础设施的最优治理结构取决于参与组织内、外的交易成本最小化。小型设施的适宜治理结构是农民组织;中型设施的适宜治理结构是政府、企业和农民组织之间的有机联合;大型设施的适宜治理结构则是科层式组织。文章通过对当前中国农村公路、灌溉和电力设施治理现状的分析,提出中国农村基础设施应该构建政府与农民合作组织联合治理结构,并提出了相应的建议。 The best governance structure of rural infrastructure depends on the minimum costs happened between actors. The effective governance for small infrastructure is farmer＇s organization; the one for the medium is corporate between government, farmers＇ organization and enterprise; and the one for the large is hierarchy. Based on the study of current Chinese rural road, irrigation and electrification, the paper puts forward the cooperate governance of government and farmers＇ organization. Further, it concludes with some corresponding suggestions for Chinese rural infrastructure.
