摘　　要： 数学从纯理论研究到重视技术应用,经历了漫长的时间.20世纪以来,随着信息技术的发展,数学作为一种技术服务于科学研究和工程实践,已经成为科学家的共识;其中,数学技术和信息技术的融合起了重要作用.探讨由此而产生的信息与计算科学的兴起与发展,将有助于加深对该专业的理解,培养出有时代特征的专业人才. It took a long time for mathematics before it attach importance to the applicative of technique from a pure theory research. With the development of informational technology since 20th century, it＇s been common sense among scientists that mathematics should be applied in scientific research and project practice, in which the fusion of mathematical technique and informational technique has played an important part. Discussing the initiation and development of informational and calculative science from this would conduce to a better understanding of this field and its proper position, as well as to educate specific talented workers who would typify the era we live in today.
