摘　　要： 知识链组织在合作过程中的机会主义行为可能产生冲突,导致知识链的运行并不稳定。本文构建了知识链组织之间合作与冲突的博弈支付矩阵,在区分了合作收益大于背叛收益与合作收益小于背叛收益的前提下,分析了知识链稳定运行的影响因素。研究表明,知识链运行的稳定性与协同价值创造、长期合作的期望和社会惩罚力度正相关,与机会主义收益和知识溢出损失负相关。 In processes of inter-organizational cooperation, there are inevitably conflicts due to the difference in each party＇s strategic objectives, values and individual benefit. In terms of a systematic approach, the knowledge chain is an innovation system, and its internal inter-organizational conflicts will influence its stable operation and even lead to its disorganization. When setting the basic conditions for inter-organizational cooperation we distinguish two stable structures： one on the condition that cooperation benefits are greater than defection benefits, and the other under the opposite condition. On the basis of analysis of the game payoff matrix for knowledge chain cooperation, our research yields the following conclusions to promote the knowledge chain＇s inter-organizational cooperation and to improve the stability of cooperation： （1） collaborative value is a common interest of the knowledge chain, and increasing it helps to reduce the possibility of inter-organizational interest conflicts and to intensify interdependence; （2） increasing the anticipation of long term cooperation comes from specific investment. Additionally, inter-organizational mutual trust, effective system regulations, and efficient mechanisms of reputation transmission can also enhance confidence in cooperation, help build orientation to long-term cooperation, and encourage members to input more resources into the knowledge chain; （3） it is necessary for the knowledge chain to severely punish opportunism, which means not only to refuse further cooperation in order to deprive collaborative value, but also to intensify efforts on establishing a reputation transmission mechanism; （4） It is necessary to reduce the spillover of the knowledge chain members＇ core knowledge as once knowledge members have acquired their partners＇ core knowledge, they will quit the alliance, leading to instability in their cooperation.
