摘　　要： 本文建立了高效液相色谱法测定多杀菌素的定量分析方法,本方法的相对标准偏差为1.3441,变异系数为1.8067%,线性相关系数为0.99959,平均回收率达到99.2429%,最后采用液质联用方法对目标化合物进行验证。 A quantitative analytical method was established for spinosad content determination with HPLC. Results showed that the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, linear correlation, and average recovery were 1.3441, 0.99959, 0.99959, and 99.2429%, respectively. The target compound was also validated with LC-MS.
