摘 要: 运用UDF对Fluent软件进行二次开发,采用开发后的Fluent软件对低温多效海水淡化装置闪蒸罐内气液两相的流动、传热和传质情况进行了三维模拟研究,得出了闪蒸罐内的气液相含率分布、速度场、温度场以及内部流动状态等。在此基础上,对闪蒸罐设计中涉及闪蒸效率的因素进行了深入分析,并提出了改进方案,改进后能提高闪蒸效率、降低投资。 Based on the secondary development of FLUENT by UDF, 3D simulation model for the flash tank in LT-MED seawater desalination device was established to study the steam-water two-phase flow, heat and mass transfer in the flash tank. The steam-water phase holdup distribution, velocity field, temperature field, and the inner flow state were obtained. With the simulation results, a detailed study on the factors related to the flash efficiency in the design of flash tank was carried out. A modified design of the flash tank is proposed, which can reduce the cost and improve the flash efficiency.
