摘 要: 在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面分析法优化黄酮类化合物提取的工艺条件,得到最佳条件:80%的乙醇为提取溶剂,液料比为10(V∶W),提取温度为50℃,提取次数为2次,每次2.2 h。在此条件下,紫花杜鹃中黄酮类化合物纯度为15.42%。 On the basis of single-factor test, the optimum conditions were analyzed by response surface method. The results showed that the optimum conditions were the extraction solution of 80% ethanol, the ratio of solvent to purple azalea 10( W : V) ,the extraction temperature 50 ℃ ,extraction rime 2. 2 hours for 2 times. Under these conditions, the purity was 15.42%.
