摘　　要： 构建和谐校园是当前高等院校的工作主题,但现实工作却始终存在各种各样的矛盾,在一定程度上还可能激化。信访工作是学校内部沟通、为师生排忧解难的桥梁和重要途径之一,加强高校信访工作,有利于调解和缓和学校各方面的矛盾,促进学校和谐发展。 Today constructing a harmonious campus is a major work subject college and universities. However, in practice there＇ re still kinds of conflicts, which, in some degree, might be intensified. The work of handling Complaint letters and visits is a bridge and an important method of communicating within universities, and relieving teachers and students of their worries and tiding over their difficulties. Thus strengthening the work of handling such complaints helps to ease the conflicts of every comer and promote the harmonious development of universities.
