摘　　要： 本文综合国内外文献和云南少数民族教育情况从以下几个方面进行阐述:民族教育的机会成本问题;有能力支付和有意愿支付的问题;兼顾公平和效率;少数民族教育是学生、学校、家长以及其所属少数民族社区(村、寨、乡等)的互动过程;树立少数民族学生的民族归属感和民族自豪感的重要性。 In this paper, based on literature at home and abroad, issues about ethnic minority education in Yunnan Province are discussed in the following aspects： 1） opportunity coat of ethnic education; 2） ability to pay and willingness to pay; 3 ） giving due consideration to fairness and efficiency; 4） regarding ethnic minority education as an interactive process involving students, school, parents and ethnic minority communities （villages and townships）; and 5） the importance of fostering students＇ sense of belonging and pride of their nationalities.
