摘 要: 合成了腰果酚改性酚醛树脂,得到了优化反应时间为4h,催化剂的用量为1.2%~1.4%(质量百分比)。研究了涂膜紫外光固化的过程,实验结果表明:UV固化膜的物理性能优于热固化膜。 Cardanol modified phenolic formaldehyde resin was synthesized. The suitable synthetic reaction time was 4 h, and the catalyzer amount was 1.2 %-1.4 %. The UV curing reaction was also studied. The results showed that the UV curing film had the better physical properties, than thermal curing film.
