摘　　要： 中俄两国领导人高度重视并大力推进中国东北振兴与俄远东开发实现跨国战略对接。近年来,在国家元首、政府总理的双边会谈中多次阐明了这一重大问题。为了促成这一对接规划更好地落实,必须进一步下功夫解决关键性难题。双方既要提高生产能力,又要客观评估区域市场潜力;必须注重加强基础设施建设,以保证区域物流畅通无阻;应当在开局阶段落实俄东向石油管线项目协议,努力如期建成和履约运作。只有这样努力下去,才能全面推进中俄两国战略协作伙伴关系,真正加快双方边境区域经济振兴带的合作开发进程。 The leaders of both China and Russia attach great importance to and put more effort into pushing on transnational link between the Northeast China＇s rejuvenation and the Russian Far East development. In recent years, this matter of grave importance has been set forth for several times in bilateral talks between the heads of states and premiers of the two countries.For implementing the plan,the key tough problems of the transnational connection must be solved. Both sides should not only promote productivity, but objectively evaluate the regional market potential;they must pay attention to strengthening the construction of infrastructure in order to ensure that logistics proceeds without obstacles; they must carry out the agreement on Russia＇s eastoriented oil pipeline project at the starting stage, try hard to complete the project on schedule and operate according to the agreement.
