摘　　要： 分析了农村城市化转变带来的消防问题及其对策措施。对广东省近年来241起城中村火灾事故案例统计分析发现,引发城中村火灾的主要原因是用火不慎与电气故障,造成人员伤亡损失最为严重,但放火造成的财产损失最大;城中村内经营场所、"多合一"场所、娱乐场所发生火灾事故占城中村内火灾事故的63%,是城中村居住类建筑火灾事故发生率的2倍多。在调查广东省典型城中村的基础上,将城中村火灾隐患从人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境不良和管理的缺陷等方面进行客观、系统分析,并介绍了广东省城中村消防改造策略和实践经验,为城中村消防安全规划、隐患整改与防火监督提供参考。 Fire protection problems of the citification of the countryside and the countermeasures were analyzed. By analyzing 241 fire accidents of the urban villages in Guangdong Province in recent years, it was found that the main reasons of the fire accidents in urban villages were careless use of fire and electrical faults, which gave rise to most serious loss of casualties. The loss of property caused by arson was greatest. 63% of fhe fire accidents in urban village happened in business areas, ＇multi in one places＇ and entertainment places, where the incidence of fire accidents was double more than that of residential buildings in urban villages. Base on the investigation of typical urban village in Guangdong Province, the fire hidden troubles in urban villages were objectively and systematically analyzed in the fields of unsafe human behaviors, unsafe conditions of objects, unfavorable environment and management defects, etc. The strategies of fire protection transformation and practical experiences in Guangdong Province were introduced, which provided a reference for fire protection layout, follow-up action of hidden troubles and fire monitoring in urban village.
