摘 要: 提出一种风力机直接驱动制冷压缩机的制冷(热泵)系统,研究其可行性及风力机与制冷压缩机的匹配关系。通过在风力机与制冷压缩机之间设置一个变速机构,使得风力机转速能与制冷压缩机转速匹配;以风力机功率特性为基础,绘制了风力机扭矩特性图;通过比较风力机功率、扭矩特性与制冷压缩机功率、扭矩特性,分析了不同风速下风力机与制冷压缩机的匹配关系;通过建立实验装置进行了实验研究。研究结果显示:变速机构的变速比对制冷系统的启动风速、制冷量以及制热量有较大影响;通过适当选择变速比及其变化规律,风力机完全可以驱动相同功率的制冷压缩机。 A compression refrigeration (heat pump) system which was powered directly by a wind turbine was proposed, and the matching relationship between the wind turbine and the refrigeration compressor was studied. A transmission was used between the wind turbine and the compressor in order to make rotational speed of the wind turbine match with the compressor. By the means of studying the power characteristics of the wind turbine, its torque characteristics were anal- ysed. The relations between the wind turbine and the compressor at different wind speed were analysed through comparing the output characteristics of the wind turbine with the input characteristics of the compressor. An experiment was carried 3 out with a wind turbine(lkW) , a compressor(60cm/r) and a transmission which has gear ratio 1:6 and 1:4. It is found that transmission gear ratio decides the wind speed at which the wind turbine starts up, and has great influence on the refrigerating load. It was also found that a wind turbine for wind generator can run a compressor with the same power if transmission gear ratio has correct value.
