摘　　要： 研究了半平面上非常一般的随机Dirichlet级数,证明了有限级随机Dirichlet级数几乎必然没有亏函数. In this paper, we study the random Dirichlet series of general enough in the half-plane and prove that the random Dirichlet series of finite order do not have almost surely deficient function.
