一种双容混合器控制系统的设计与实现

摘  要: 根据水性涂料的混合搅拌工艺特点和单容混合器的不足,提出了一种双容结构的混合器。在介绍实验样机组成结构的基础上,阐述了基于PLC和组态王二级结构电气控制系统的设计方案,就液位自动控制、数据预处理、失电保护、手动自动无扰切换等关键问题给出具体的解决办法。结果表明,系统设计合理,稳定可靠,具有较好的实时性、人机交互性、灵活性等优点。设计方案已用于知名涂料企业中,提高了涂料混合工艺的连续性和生产产量,应用效果良好。 According to mixing technology characteristics of waterborne coatings and as single capacity tank mixer is imperfect, a two-capacity tank mixer was put forward in this article. Besides prototype structure was introduced, design & application of the electric control system, which were based on the two-level structure of PLC & KingView, were explained. Concrete scheme for auto control of liquid height, data preprocessing, protection of electricity dropping, manual & automatic switching without disturbing etc were presented as well. Result showed system design was reasonable, and the system has many merits including stable, reliable, good realtime character and man-machine alternation, as well as flexible. Design scheme was applied to well-known coatings enterprise successfully, improving the continuity of coatings mixing technology and increasing production output.
