摘 要: 三坐标测量机广泛应用于生产制造和检测计量中,其精度要求越来越高。文中系统地对三坐标测量机的误差来源进行分类,针对几何误差总结了现存的检测方法,最后给出了有利于实现低成本精度升级的误差修正方法。 The three coordinates measuring machine has been widely applied in the productive manufacturing and detective measurement, and its requirement of precision becomes higher and higher. Classifications have been carried out systematically in this paper on the origin of error of the three coordinates measuring machine, and directed against the geometrie error the existent detection methods was summarized. Finally, the error modification method beneficial to the precision upgrading of realizing the low cost was presented.
