摘 要: 目的:采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了抗艾滋病中药材姜黄中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅5种元素的含量。方法:优化了ICP-MS的工作参数,以锂(^6Li)、钪(^45Sc)、锗(^72Ge)、铟(^115In)、铑(^103Rh)、铼(^185Re)、钍(^232Th)作为内标物质。结果:该方法的校准曲线的相关系数(r)〉0.999968,加标回收率为83.7%~105.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈2%。结论:所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,适合于姜黄中5种有害重金属元素的测定。同时为不同产地及不同种类的中药材中重金属含量测定提供了方法。 Objective:Amounts of 5 trace elements of Cu,As,Cd,Hg,Pb in anti -HIV properties turmeric are determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS). Methods:The plasma parameters were optimized as follows and with ^6Li,^45Sc, ^72Ge, ^115In, ^103Rh, ^103Rh, ^115Re and 232Th as internal standard element. Results:The recovery ratio by the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0. 999968. The recovery ratio by standard addition is 83.7% - 105.0% ,and its RSD was lower than 2%. Conclusion:The results of the study indicate that this method was convenient, quick -acquired, accurate and highly sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of the contents of 5 trace heavy metal elements in Turmeric. The method can be used for the contents detemination of traditional Chinese medicines from different habitats and species.
