摘 要: 医学院校教师的聘任是医学教育健康发展的关键因素之一。哈佛医学院顺应医学教育发展的趋势,在2008年的聘任改革方案中,整合基础研究、教学、临床三者的聘任,在强调学术自由的同时提出多元化的聘任标准,强调卓越学术成就。 Medical faculty's appointment is one of the key factors to determine the health of medical education. The appointment reform ideology of medical school of Harvard University is to eomform with the development trend of medicine science. Embodied in 2008 appointment reform is the integration of basic medical research, teaching and clinical work, stressong both academic freedom and multiple appointment standards so as to emphasize the excellent academic achievement.
