摘 要: 研究了Bi2O3-MoO3复合掺杂对高磁导率MnZn铁氧体磁特性及微观结构的影响。研究结果表明适当配比的Bi2O3-MoO3复合掺杂有利于促进晶粒均匀致密化,提高样品的起始磁导率。在配方中,当掺杂总量为0.08%(质量)、Bi2O3∶MoO3=4∶6时,晶粒均匀,材料起始磁导率达到12039,可以用于制备需要具有较大晶粒、高磁导率的材料。 The effect of Bi2O3-MoO3 addition on the microstructure mixed dopants and magnetic properties of Mn-Zn ferrite was investigated. It is shown that mixed-dopeants are beneficial to densification and grain uniformity of manganese-zine ferrite which results in the improvement of initial permeability. At 0. 08wt% of Bi2O3-MoO3 addition (Bi2O3 : MoO3 =4 : 6), the products with initial permeability of 12039 and more uniform grain are obtained. The process can be used for preparing material with bigger grain size and high permeability.
