摘 要: 采用紫外分光光度分析法,研究了无机盐和pH对含有添加剂的酸性氯化钾镀锌溶液吸光度的影响。在最佳吸收波长227.50nm和pH5.52~5.58范围内,测定了电镀中不同电流密度下A柔软剂分别在阴、阳极上的消耗速率。该方法快速,方便,可用于电镀过程中A柔软剂含量的监测。 The effects of inorganic salt and pH on the absorbance of an additive-containing acid potassium chloride Zn plating bath were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The consumption rates of softener A at cathode and anode at different current densities were measured respectively at optimal wavelength 227.50 nm and pH 5.52-5.58. The method is rapid and convenient, suitable for determining the content of softener A during electroplating production.
