摘 要: 根据广州市基础教育发展的实际,按照基础教育的层次结构,分别对广州12个区包括县级市的小学教育、初中教育、高中教育的发展水平进行比较分析。调查结果显示,广州市在推进基础教育均衡发展方面取得了一定的成绩,例如基础教育的升学率和教师学历的达标率方面基本趋于平衡,适龄儿童的就学权利得到了有力保障,基础教育普及水平显著提高,但在区域间辍学率、区域间教师职称和办学条件方面存在差距。 Developping according to the foundation education of Guangzhou City actual, according to the layer structure that foundation educate, the difference includes the primary school education, the junior high school education, senior high school educational development level of the county class City to carry on to 12 areas of Guangzhou more analytical.lnvestigate the result manifestation.
