摘 要: 利用木聚糖酶降解玉米秸秆中的木聚糖。确定了酶浓度、pH、酶解时间以及温度等因素,并通过正交实验进行了优化。酶解影响因素为pH>温度>酶用量>反应时间;酶解的最适条件为酶浓度65×104 U/g、pH4.0、反应时间20 h、反应温度50℃,玉米秸秆的木聚糖降解率为26.61%。 The technological conditions degrading corn stalk, such as dosage of enzyme, pH, reaction time, reaction temperature were studied with xylan. It was optimized by orthogonal experiments. The influential extent of affecting factors to degrading corn stalk is: pH〉reaction temperature〉dosage of enzyme〉reaction time. The best condition of degrading corn stalk with xylanase is dosage of enzyme 65×10^4 U/g, pH 4.0, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 20 h. The best degradation rate is up to 26.61%.
