摘　　要： 战略性贸易政策是国际贸易理论发展的产物,其主要观点是一国政府在不完全竞争和规模经济条件下,可以采取战略性措施对国际贸易进行适当地干预,以提高本国福利。战略性贸易理论及其政策分析对中国水产品加工业开展产业内贸易和制定贸易政策有着积极的借鉴意义,并可获得很多启示。文章在对战略性贸易政策认识和评价的基础上,对中国水产品加工业如何运用战略性贸易政策进行了初步的研究探讨。 Strategic trade policy is the production of the development of international trade theory, based on the conditions of imperfect competition and scale economy, the government should adopt strategic measures with appropriate intervention to international trade in order to raise the benefits of its own country. There have been constructive significance that developing intra-industry trade and policy decision of aquatic processing industry, and can gain enlightenment from it. On the basis of understanding and appraising the strategic trade policy, the paper analyze how to use the strategic trade policy in aquatic processing industry of China.
