摘　　要： 实验主要研究了乙醇回流法对芦荟中蒽醌类物质的提取效果。通过单因素和正交实验,筛选出乙醇回流法提取芦荟中蒽醌类物质的最佳提取工艺。实验表明乙醇回流提取法的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%、提取温度90℃、提取时间90 min、料液比1∶40,蒽醌得率为1.40%。 This experiment mainly studied the extraction of anthraquinone from Aloe with the aid of circurnfluence. The optimum extracting conditions were studied with single factors and ortanique test design. The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 70% ,extraction time was 2 hours, extraction temperature was 90 ℃ and liquid ratio was 1 ： 40, the average extract of total anthraquinone could reach 1.40% with the aid of circumfluence treatment.
