摘　　要： 基于多级模糊评判的理论和方法,结合泥石流灾害的特点、成因、机理,建立一种新的泥石流灾害易发性综合评价模型,运用权的最小平方法和对比法来确定评价指标的权重。并以甘肃省卓尼县柳林镇上卓沟泥石流为例,选用典型评判指标,建立2级模糊近似推论,进行泥石流易发性评价,结果表明,上卓沟泥石流为中易发;多级模糊数学综合评价模型适用于泥石流易发性评价。 Based on theory and method of multi-grade fuzzy evaluation, combined with the characteristics, causes and mechanisms of landslides, the study establishes a new evaluation model for debris flow disaster easy-happening. Minimum square method and comparative law are used to determine weight of evaluation factor. Selecting typical evaluation index and establishing second level fuzzy similar inference, evaluating the debris flow easy-happening, the result showed that Shangzhuogou debris flow belongs to medium easy-happening, muhi-grade fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model is suitable to evaluate the debris flow easy-happening.
