摘　　要： 目的:探讨个性特征和应付方式对妇产科临床见习成绩的影响。方法:对77名2001级临床医学系学生采用PBL教学法与传统教学方法相结合教学,定期考核,见习期间采用艾森克人格量表及应付方式问卷进行调查。结果:学生平均见习成绩82.27±5.61,病例分析平均成绩30.56±4.29。艾森克N、E、P、L量表T分与见习成绩、病例分析成绩无相关性(P>0.05)。采取解决问题应付方式与见习成绩呈正相关性(r=0.240,P<0.05),与病例分析成绩亦呈正相关(r=0.289,P<0.05)。结论:学生的个性特征与妇产科临床见习成绩无相关性,采取解决问题的应付方式有助于提高学生的见习成绩。 Objective： To study the influence of medical students＇ personality characteristics and coping style on academic achievement in clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics. Method： 77 medical students in grade 2001 were taught by problem-based learning（PBL）in combination with the traditional teaching method in clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics. The students were tested regularly and investigated by EPQ and coping style questionnaire at the same time. Results： The mean probation academic achievement was 82.27±5.61 and the mean case analysis achievement was 30.56±4.29. T scores in all the questionnaires of EPQ had no relationship with academic achievement. Problem solving coping had a positive relationship with probation academic achievement （r= 0.240, P〈0.05） and case analysis achievement（r= 0. 289, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In clinical probation of gynecology and obstetrics,medical students＇ personality has no influence on their academic achievements. Problem solving coping can help to improve students＇ academic achievements.
