摘 要: 通过研究和讨论逆向工程的理论和方法,提出汽车后视镜再设计中需要解决的主要问题。利用ATOSII三维光学扫描测量系统对汽车后视镜进行了反求测量实验;利用Pro/E软件进行了实体模型的重构;用UG进行了关键点的选取,再通过ANSYS对汽车后视镜壳体进行了受力分析,在UG中经过改进,最终得到受力更加合理的三维CAD模型。 The main issues for the automobile rearview mirror re-design were discussedbased on reverse engineering. The reverse measurement on automobile rearview mirror was made using ATOSⅡ 3D optical scanner diagraph system, the physical model was reconstructed using Pro / E software, the key points were selected by UG, the force of automobile rearview mirror shell was analyzed by ANSYS and improved in the UG, a more reasonable 3D CAD model was obtained.
