摘 要: [目的]建立双波长分光光度法同时测定芦荟中钙和镁的方法。[方法]编制计算机程序选择最佳波长对,研究测定钙和镁的试验条件。[结果]结合稳定性因素,选择520~592nm为钙的测定波长对,选择564~610nm为镁的测定波长对。钙和镁的线性回归方程分别为:A=0.00714+0.01625C、A=0.00384+0.00987C;样品平均加标回收率钙为96.1%~103.0%,镁为98.2%~103.0%。[结论]该方法重现性和准确性好,可以作为芦荟中钙、镁的测定方法。 [Objective]The aim was to establish the method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry for the determination of calcium and magnesium in Aloe. [ Method] A computer program is compiled to select the optimum pairs of wavelength, the condition for the determination of calcium and magnesium was studied. [ Result]According to the stability factor, the pairs of wavelength of the determination of calcium and magnesium were selected at 520- 592 nm and 564 - 610 nm, respectively. The linear equation of calcium and magnesium were A = 0.007 14 + 0.016 25 C, A = 0.003 84 + 0.009 87 C, the recovery ranges were 96.1% - 103.0% and 98.2% - 103.0%. [Conclusion]the method has a good accuracy and reproducibility, it can be used as an analysis method for calcium and magnesium in Aloe.
