摘 要: 认知负荷理论是从工作记忆的容量有限性出发,认为工作记忆中的信息加工存在着三个方面的认知负荷:内在认知负荷、外在认知负荷和相关认知负荷。多媒体软件的设计要以学习者的认知特性为基础,在认知负荷理论的指导下,从内容设计、交互设计、界面设计和学习者设计四个方面探讨多媒体软件的设计。 Based on the capacity limitation of working memory, cognitive load theory holds that there are three aspects of cognitive load in information processing of working memory: internal cognitive load, external cognitive load, germane cognitive load. We should design multimedia software based on learners' cognitive characteristics. Under the guidance of cognitive load theory, the article discusses the design of multimedia software from four aspects: content design, interaction design, interface design and learner design.
