重油催化裂化化学汽提器工艺条件的研究

摘  要: 利用自行设计的汽提评价实验装置,考察了未汽提的积炭催化剂和在引入再生催化剂条件下在较高温度下汽提的产物分布,并且在小型固定流化床装置上,以油浆为原料考察了反应温度和再生催化剂引入量对油浆反应的产品分布的影响。结果表明:在汽提过程中,积炭催化剂上的吸附物发生了大量的脱氢缩合反应;加入再生催化剂后,裂化反应的比例大幅增加,轻质油收率增加,焦炭产率减少约28.6%,汽提后生成的液体产物的终馏点降低。油浆的催化反应实验得到的化学汽提器适宜的工艺条件为汽提段温度500℃,在汽提段引入催化剂总质量25%~50%的再生催化剂,可以提高汽提效率,减少焦炭产率,降低重组分的产率和终馏点,从而抑止沉降器内结焦。 The product distribution processed with the unstripped coked catalysts and the blending of unstripped coked catalysts and the regenerated catalysts by steam stripping in a self-designed stripping apparatus was studied. And the effects of reaction temperature and ratio of regenerated catalyst to coked catalyst on reaction of slurry in a confined fluidized bed reactor were investigated. The results showed that the dehydrogenation and the condensation reaction of the absorbent on the unstripped coked catalysts were serious. The regenerated catalysts reinforced the catalytic cracking reaction which leaded to the increase of light oil products. It improved the efficiency of stripping, reduced 28.6% coke product and decreased the end boiling point of product. Under the optimal chemical stripping conditions of stripping temperature 500℃ and mass ratio of regenerated catalysts to total catalyst 25%- 50%, the stripping efficiency was improved, yields of coke and heavy component were reduced, and boiling point of heavy component was also decreased, which could prevent from eoking in residue fluid catalytic cracking disengager.
