摘　　要： 产业链的升级表现为产业创新、供需链的变化和价值链的增值。从产业链知识的视角研究在新的技术经济条件下,面对竞争环境的根本性变化资源型产业链的升级,以克服资源对资源型产业发展的约束,实现资源型产业发展方式从资源依赖向依靠知识创新和知识共享转变。 The escalation of industry chain displays industrial innovation.change of supply- demand chain and multiplier of value chain. From the view of knowledge of industry chain, confronted rudimental change of competitive environment, this paper will research into escalation of resource industry chain under the new technological and economic conditions, in order to overcome resourceful engagement on development of resource industry, and realize the transition of resource industry＇ s developmental mode from dependence on resource to innovation of knowledge and communion of knowledge.
