摘　　要： 以栝楼种子为材料,研究了N+注入对栝楼种子发芽势、发芽率、苗长、根长和幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明:此方法能显著增加发芽势和发芽率,缩短发芽时间,对叶片叶绿素含量表现为激活效应。 Effect of different N^＋ implantation does on the germination vigor, germination rate, miller, root of Trichosanthes Kirilow ii seeds as well as on chlorophyll content. The results showed that： it can significantly increase the germination and germination rate, reduce the germination time, and it also express the activitation effect on the leaf chlorophyll content.
