摘 要: 以栝楼种子为材料,研究了N+注入对栝楼种子发芽势、发芽率、苗长、根长和幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明:此方法能显著增加发芽势和发芽率,缩短发芽时间,对叶片叶绿素含量表现为激活效应。 Effect of different N^+ implantation does on the germination vigor, germination rate, miller, root of Trichosanthes Kirilow ii seeds as well as on chlorophyll content. The results showed that: it can significantly increase the germination and germination rate, reduce the germination time, and it also express the activitation effect on the leaf chlorophyll content.
