摘　　要： 泛珠三角区域旅游协作是一项需要"9+2"各方和国家相关部门通力合作、共同推进的系统工程。借鉴博弈论和帕累托最优理论的方法和模型,厘清泛珠三角区域旅游协作中存在的问题和障碍,创建一套科学的旅游产业政策和旅游协作机制,在不同类型的区域,制定差别灵活的旅游产业政策,从而实现泛珠三角区域旅游协作的理想状态——区域均衡。 Tourism collaboration in Pan-Pearl River Delta area is a systematic project that calls for all-out cooperation and concerted push forward from all parties of ＂9 ＋ 2＂ and related departments of the central government. By employing the modes and ideas of game theory and Pareto optimization theory, the paper tries to make clear the problems and obstacles existing in the tourism collaboration and constructs a series of scientific tourism industry policies and tourism collaboration mechanism. Different and flexible tourism industry policies in different regions are formulated so as to realize the ideal state of tourism collaboration in Pan-Pearl River Delta area-- regional equilibrium.
