摘 要: 测定香花枇杷和普通枇杷各萃取部的抗氧化活性,并测定具较强抗氧化活性的萃取部黄酮、总酚的含量,结果表明香花枇杷叶片的抗氧化活性高于普通枇杷。两种枇杷具有抗氧化活性萃取物中的黄酮和总酚含量均与FRAP值呈极显著正相关关系,与DPPH的IC50呈极显著负相关关系,即黄酮、总酚的含量与总还原能力及自由基清除能力成正相关。同时试验还表明大孔树脂AB-8具有较好的富集黄酮和多酚的效果。 It is well known that Eriobotrya plants have significant amounts of phenolics and flavonoids, and exhibit a strong antioxidant activity. Experiments were conducted to examine variation in the contents of total phenofics and flavonoids, and antioxidant activities in the leaves of fragrant loquat and common loquat. In this study, it is shown that the fragrant loquat had stronger antioxidant activities, and that the contents of total phenolics or flavonoids was significantly correlated with DPPH radical scavenging activity/reducing power. In addition, the AB-8 resin could be used to enrich total phenolics and total flavonoids from some extract fractions of fragrant loquat and common loquat. This work suggests that frangrant loquat has a better utilization value.
