摘 要: 本研究以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫为基体,以竹碳粉为吸附填料,采用手工发泡,制备了不同竹炭含量的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫复合材料。此复合材料既有聚乙烯醇缩甲醛相对密度小,比强度高的优良特性,又具有较强的吸附性能,可做污水处理系统中新型高效微生物载体。本文探讨了盐酸用量、甲醛用量、竹炭用量、恒温水浴的温度等实验条件的影响。 We adopt a foaming method to prepare polyvinyl formal containing different amonunts of bamboo charcoal, using polyvinyl formal foam as a base, and bamboo charcoal as the adsorption packing material. Besides have the small density and high specific strength excellent characteristics of polyvinyl formal, this composite materials also have strong adsorption property, which can be effectively used in sewage disposal system microbial carriers. In this paper we study the factors of dosage of HCI, formaldehyde, bamboo charcoal and temperature by experiment.
