摘　　要： 在世界金融风暴的影响下,我国一些外资企业在拖欠巨额员工工资和供应商货款后转移资产并逃匿,这在一定程度和范围内造成了恶劣影响。当前,我国政府在监管外资企业方面的一些政策还不完善,导致监管不力。政府作为市场监管部门,应尽快制定相应的政策,如完善市场监管预警机制,明确监管责任,强化监管手段,建立联动机制等。 Under the influence of the international financial crisis,some foreign-funded enterprises transferred assets and escaped after being defaulted huge payments of the staff and suppliers, which caused the adverse effects to some extent and scope. Due to the imperfection of China＇s supervisory policies on foreign-funded enterprises, there are all sorts of difficulties in the present situation of supervisory policies on foreign-funded enterprises,which lead to ineffective supervision. Government as the depart- ment of market supervision should implement relevant policies such as perfecting early warning mechanism, ascertaining regula- tory responsibility, strengthening supervision means, establishing joint mechanisms and so on.
