摘 要: 以麻疯树籽为原料,利用假丝酵母和MJ18菌为出发菌株,进行生物发酵麻疯树籽油浆,提高麻疯树籽油脂提取率研究。结果表明,假丝酵母+MJ18菌发酵,可将油脂的提取率从73.57%提高到91.79%,提高18.22%;发酵法可改变油脂的成分结构,降低油脂的密度;假丝酵母+MJ18菌发酵麻疯树油脂主要成分为:C16∶0占11.17%,C18∶1占41.57%,C18∶2占40.07%。假丝酵母+MJ18菌发酵提取的麻疯树油脂作为生产生物柴油的性能比未发酵的油脂更好。 Using Jatropha curcas seeds as raw material, yeast strains and bacterimn MJ18 as starting strains, microbial fermentation of Jatropha curcas seed slurry was studied in order to raise Jatropha curcas oil extraction rate. Results show that the(yeast + MJ18) fermentation increases the oil extraction rate from 73.57% to 91.79%, changes the oil composition, and reduces the oil density. The major fatty acid composition of the fermentation extracted Jatropha curcas oil are C 16:0 11.17%, C 18:1 41.57%, and C18:2 40.07%. The (yeast + MJ18) fermentation extracted Jatropha curcas oil performances better than non - fermentation extracted oil in biodiesel preparation.
