摘 要: 为了改善猪肉品质,培育优质猪品系,试验研究了大白、梅山猪及其正反交后代肌内脂肪的肉质作用与遗传规律。结果表明:肌内脂肪含量的提高有利于改善各肉质指标;梅山猪与大白猪杂交可以显著提高杂交后代肌内脂肪含量,杂种优势率显示肌内脂肪含量具有母本遗传趋势。 In order to improve the pork quality, and breed high quality pig strain, the IMF content and genetie rule have studied between Meishan, Yorkshire and F1 offspring of reciprocal cross. The result indicated that, the higher IMF eontent is advantageous in improving meat quality ; the IMF eontent of F1 is enhanced, and the IMF content have trend of the matrenel genetic with the analysis of heterusis rate.
