摘　　要： 大蒜素能调控瘤胃发酵模式,明显降低瘤胃甲烷产量,降低氨态氮浓度。本文综述了大蒜素及其抑菌机制,以及大蒜素对甲烷产量和瘤胃发酵的影响。 Garlic oil can regulate fermentation pattern and significantly decrease the production of methane emission and the concentration of ammonia N in the rumen.The mechanism and effects of bioactive substance in garlic oil on methane production and rumen fermentation were reviewed.
