摘 要: 为实现游标卡尺测量数据实时灵活处理,研制了基于USB接口的游标卡尺数据采集系统。重点介绍USB接口通信、数据采集和数据存储管理等三大功能模块的设计及实现,并将系统应用于实际工件尺寸测量中。结果表明,系统具有采集速度快、可靠性高和使用灵活等特点。 In order to achieve the real-time flexible data processing of the vernier caliper measurements, the vernier caliper data acquisition system based on USB interface is developped. Focuses on introducing the design and realization of the three functional modules such as USB interface communications, data acquisition and data storage management. Finally, the data acquisition system is put into use in measuring the size of the workpiece. The results showed that the system has the features such as rapid data acquisition, high reliability and flexibility.
