摘 要: 高校教学管理人员承担着对学校教学工作的计划、组织、协调、控制等重要职能,他们直接或间接参与了组织正常教学工作、沟通师生之间关系,发挥着重要的纽带作用,也正是在这种过程中,他们成为大学教育体系中重要的组成人员。本文提出,教学管理人员在高等学校教学管理过程中应发挥两种实质性角色功能——协调力和综合力,提升教学管理人员的角色功能内涵。 The teaching management staff in the higher education institutions should play such administrative roles as planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling for the teaching work. They directly or indirectly participate in the organization of teaching work and communicate with both teachers and students. In this regard, they constitute an important part of the whole teaching administration system. This paper holds that the teaching management staff should possess two important types of qualities: the capability for integrating and the capability for coordinating teaching administrative work so as to bring their roles into full play.
