摘 要: 以明胶-阿拉伯胶为壁材、α-三联噻吩溶液(1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂)为芯材,采用复凝聚法制备α-三联噻吩微胶囊,并对其光稳定性和对白纹伊蚊幼虫的毒杀作用进行研究探讨。结果表明:当明胶-阿拉伯胶(质量比1:1),α-三联噻吩溶液为60g/L,乳化转速为1200r/min,加入25%戊二醛0.6mL和10%单宁酸溶液3mL时,相对载药量可达60.68%;经紫外灯照射17d后,α-三联噻吩降解率小于90%,α-三联噻吩制成微胶囊后光稳定性得到很大的增强;72h后α-三联噻吩微胶囊对白纹伊蚊幼虫的LC50值为0.11mg/kg,表明α-三联噻吩微胶囊在白纹伊蚊幼虫体内释放具有一定的持效性。 α-Terthienyl microcapsules were first prepared by the means of complex-coacervation, with gelatin Arabic gum as the wall materials and solution of α-terthienyl as the core materials(1,2-dichloroethane as the solvents). Also the light stability of α-terthienyl microcapsules and its activity against the Larvae ofAedes albopictus were studied. The research result showed that when the proportion of gelatin and Arabic gum was 1:1(w:w), solution of α-terthienyl was 60 g/L, the speed of the emulsification was 1200 r/min. With the addition of glutaraldehyde 0.6ml of 25% and the tannic acid solution 3 mL of 10%, the relative drug loadings can reach 60.68%. After exposure to ultraviolet light for 17 days, the degradation rate of α-terthienyl was less than 90%. The light stability of α-terthienyl was enhanced after it was made into microcapsules. After 72 hour, the LC50 of α-T microcapsules against larvae ofAedes albopictus was 0.11 mg/kg, and the release of α-T microcapsules had a certain sustainability.
