摘 要: 基于碱性介质中异烟肼对luminol-K3Fe(CN)6化学发光体系的增敏作用,设计了一个经毛细管电泳(CE)分离,在线化学发光检测异烟肼的新方法。研究并优化了毛细管电泳分离及化学发光检测的条件。在优化的实验条件下,该方法测定异烟肼的线性范围为4.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-5g/mL(R^2=0.9984),检出限(3σ)为1×10^-8g/mL,对6.0×10^-6g/mL的异烟肼进行6次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为4.0%。方法已用于血清中异烟肼的测定。 In this paper, a novel method for the determination of isoniazid was developed by using capillary electro- phoresis (CE) with chemiluminescence (CL) detection, which was based on the chemiluminescence (CL) emission of luminol and potassium hexacyanoferrate (Ⅲ) in alkaline aqueous solution enhanced by Isoniazid, Under the optimal conditions, the enhanced CL intensity is linear in the rang 4.0 × 10^-7 - 1.0×10^-5 g/mL (R^2 = 0.9984) and the detection limit is 1 × 10^-8 g/mL (signal/noise = 3). The precision (RSD) for 6.0 × 10^-6 g/mL isoniazid (n = 6) was 4.0%. The proposed method had been successfully applied to the determination of isoniazid in human plasma samples.
